KidZone Volunteers


 

KidZone volunteers are a team of dedicated adults and youth who use their unique gifting’s to create a safe and fun environment for elementary kids to learn about God’s love for us. We do this in large and small groups through live, kid-friendly worship, engaging Bible teaching, relationship-building, and hands-on activities. KidZone could not happen without this incredible team!

 

“Zone” Leaders connect relationally each week with an assigned group of eight to ten children to speak truth into their lives and celebrate spiritual growth. (commitment is weekly)

Station Leaders lead multiple groups of kids in a special element of the service – snack, craft, game, etc.

Station Helpers help lead multiple groups of kids in a special element of the service – snack, craft, game, etc.

Super Sundays Team helps put on an extra special Sunday morning experience once a month. This involves anything from prepping crafts and snacks to leading or helping at a station on Sunday morning.

Guest Services makes the best first impression of the morning by guiding parents and kids through the check-in and security process so they feel welcome and safe. It also involves greeting first-time guests and making them feel welcome and informed. (Commitment is weekly or bi-weekly)

Production Team puts on a weekly large-group experience and consists of the following:

  • Worship Team leads kids in song with energy and enthusiasm to worship God for who he is and what he has done.
  • Storyteller communicates the Bible story and Bottom Line in such a way that it becomes unforgettable to a child.
  • Skit team communicates the main Bible point through a relatable, fun and energetic skit.
  • Tech Team enhances the Bible story and worship experience through sound and video without distracting the audience.
