 | Jerry Reddy, Senior Pastor Jerry Reddy has been serving as Hillside’s Senior Pastor since 1993. Jerry is a visionary leader with a passion to communicate & connect the relevance of the church in today's world. He is married to Karen (Parlee) from Moncton, and they are the proud parents of Kristen, Jana and Ryan. They also love their dog Reuben! A native New Englander by birth (go Red Sox and Patriots!), Jerry is now a New Brunswicker by choice. A graduate of Atlantic Baptist University (Moncton) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Boston), he has over 20 years of ministry experience.  | Mark Jelley, Executive Pastor Mark has been serving as Executive Pastor since October 2008, and is excited to have the opportunity to serve alongside many keen volunteers and staff in Hillside’s ministry. As an Islander (is there more than one?), he has grown to accept and appreciate people from away, and has enjoyed making Moncton home. He and his wife Kimberley are the much blessed parents of Benjamin, Zachary, Jonah and Carys. Email Mark |
 | Brian Stockford, Pastor of Youth Ministries Being part of the Hillside Staff Team since 2004, Brian has always loved the ability to serve the Youth of the local community. Always willing to share his story about where God has taken him. Brian now finds himself happily married to Becky with their three children, Baylee, Bryce, and Bree. As the Youth Pastor, Brian serves over 20 leaders as they minister to youth in programs such as Friday night IGNITION, Sunday morning FUEL, and smaller group activities of PROPULSION. His desire is to continue to grow the youth program through relational ministry so that youth grow solid spiritual relationships with God, their peers, and adult mentors. Email Brian |
 | Tanya MacLeod, Director of Children’s Ministries Tanya has been serving in Children’s Ministries at Hillside since September 2007. She began serving in our midweek program and is now our full time director responsible for leading more than 80 volunteers to provide care and discipleship to children from Birth to Grade 5. Tanya has a passion for working with children and seeing the next generation grow in their relationship with Jesus as modeled by their families and their small group leaders. Tanya was born and raised in Moncton. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Saint Francis Xavier University in 1997. After working in Montreal, QC for almost 2 years, she returned to Moncton to live closer to her family. She and her husband Jason live in Moncton and have one daughter, Shaye. Email Tanya |
 | Mark Smith, Pastor of Care and Discipleship Mark and his wife Maisie presently reside in Moncton, New Brunswick and have been married 40 years. They have had three children, two daughters and a son. They are the proud grandparents of three; all boys. Mark started in Christian ministry shortly after his commitment to Christ in Montreal at age 19. He began ministry in Quebec in 1970 where he served in Christian Camping and has since ministered as a Camp Manager, Speaker and Pastor. Ministry has led him across the Canadian provinces from Saskatchewan through New Brunswick.Arriving in New Brunswick in 1989, Mark has ministered as Senior Pastor in several local CABC Churches and ministered in the Albert and Westmorland-Kent Associations as well as serving on Convention Boards.  | Jocelyn Fisher, Service and Creative Arts Director Jocelyn has been serving on staff for 8 years, and feels blessed to be part of such a great team! She holds a music degree from Mount Allison University, and along with looking after the Sunday morning programming, she also oversees Hillside’s guest services. Her desire is that everyone feel at home while they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, no matter what point they are at in their journey. She is happily married to Brian, and they are the proud parents of Aaron and Gregory. Email Jocelyn |
 | Kristen Reddy, Director of Midweek Children’s Ministries Having grown up at Hillside and serving in several ministries since her youth, Kristen developed a passion to minister to Children and their families. She is a recent graduate of Briercrest College (Caronport, SK) and after living in the prairies for the past few years she is thrilled to be living back in Moncton, serving in her home church. Her Degree in Music has been an asset in leading the children in worship, musicals and special events. Her primary ministry is in leading a high-energy midweek program (Power UP!) for approximately100 children. And her greatest joy is in seeing children and their families experience the unconditional love of Christ. Email Kristen |
 | Tracie Henry, Custodian Tracie has been a member of Hillside for over 20 years. With her husband Shayne and three kids Dallas, Dayton, and Paige she has been faithfully serving the church through the custodial duties along with the overall maintenance of the church. Her diploma from Atlantic Baptist College and her time at Atlantic Baptist College have given her the abilities to add several other dimensions to the job.  | Judy McGuire, Executive Ministry Assistant Judy has witnessed numerous changes since she began serving in 1992 as the “church secretary” with 1 full time and 1 part time staff member and an interim pastor. Currently, as Executive Ministry Assistant she enjoys providing support to 12 other staff members and numerous volunteers. She is also passionate about serving in Women’s Ministry and is excited to be part of the lead team for the PALS group. Judy has 2 grown daughters, Carmen & Crystal (married to Mark Wheaton) and 2 adored granddaughters Chloe and Emily! Email Judy |
 | Harmony Goddard, Treasurer Harmony has seen a lot of changes at Hillside since she first started attending at age 6. Most of her family still attends Hillside and she and her husband, Ron, have grown the church family by 1, so far, with their daughter, Jahnaya. Harmony graduated from Atlantic Baptist University and then went on to earn her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation. She has been Hillside’s part-time bookkeeper since 2008 along with serving on the Finance Committee and volunteering as a youth ministry leader. Email Harmony |
 | Debbie McPherson, Director of Equipping Ministries Debbie hails from the Lutes Mountain area, and attended the Lutes Mountain Baptist Church until it amalgamated with the Gorge and Hildegard Churches to become Hillside Baptist church. She graduated from Moncton High (yay purple!), and received her BA from UNB and MSW from Dalhousie University. She recently retired from the Provincial Government after 38 years serving the public in the Social Service sector. Debbie is married to Don MacAulay, a land surveyor, and together they have 4 children: Diane, Don Jr., Nancy, & Catherine and 4 grandchildren: Joshua, Debora, Kathleen & Zackery. From the time Debbie was in high school she believed strongly in the fact that God has created each of us with specific abilities, gifts & personality, and He has a wonderful plan and purpose for each and every one of us. It is this passion that provided the foundation for the work she did with Social Services, and which she now is doing at Hillside as Director of Equipping Ministries. Email Debbie |
